Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized Products: Personalized or custom-labeled water bottles are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Opened Products: Water bottles that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
